I had both for awhile; dropped HF.  I like to chat with the guy who’s killed 17 or 18 200”ers.

I don't subscribe to either but with that said, Jason Carter is the #1 mule deer hunter in the world in my personal opinion.  Super sad day for me when Under Armour pulled Ridge Reaper from the hunting channels!

I stayed w/ HF this year cuz I didn't feel I had researched EPIC enough to make the change. I do use the member database when I draw a good tag & wasn't sure if EPIC had that option with a lot of members to reach out to. For next season, I am debating just changing over to Gohunt but think they are a little spendy at $150/yr.

Haven't subscribed to HF.

I bit the bullet (Epic) after having been subscribed to Gohunt.

There is quite a bit of info! More so than Gohunt.
You do still have to "sort" through Epic through.

Gohunt kind of "dumbs" it down. Info is there at a glance.
You do still have to "sort" through Epic.

That being said, I do expect to have to do a little legwork. The reason for subscribing is to lessen the hours of sorting through several states information, taking notes etc.
Time saver X100

I don't know if its just me or my Mac but getting through the navigation of their e-magazine pages is maddening. Not Mac friendly I suppose.
I like to move around on a specific page in my usual manner. Being picky I suppose.

I've only joined Epic a few weeks ago and I do like it.

Spending 250 for both is probably over the top and I'm sure not worth it.

I put in for my own tags and don't use that service at all.

J.C does shoot some monster bucks, I'm sure that has nothing to do with having "all" the points in the absolute best areas  :chuckle:

I don't subscribe to Eastman's anymore, their magazine is too damn hard to read. Seriously, who puts white letters on a black background?

Did the same thing.  And Jason is fun to talk too.

Epic is essentially "Old HuntinFool" so if you liked that......

Seems kinda nasty, to sell off your product, then just do the same thing under a different name and take most of your clients with you, but it is what it is.

They are basically exactly the same.  One does more give-aways and one has more knowledgeable staff.
