I went up to one of my spots this weekend and was still driving through snow in certain spots on the road.  I'm not going to be in a rush to get my baits out...I'm not....I mean it, I'm really not....dang I want to get a barrel full of bait out.   :chuckle: :chuckle:

ill let you know when they start hitting mine. probably be the week im out of town but im just going to bait super heavy and check after im back. easy to be patient when your 3000 miles a way form your bait pile

No kidding, no choice but to be patient!!  Have a safe trip and I hope they hammer your baits, right before you get back.  :)

Anyone got any baits getting hit? I got 2 out last weekend and will be checking them Saturday. There wasn't as much snow as I expected. It seems to be an average year for getting around and the grass is just starting to grow where I was.

I put a few miles today on primo bear roads and no signs of them grazing ditches yet...soon!

I have a couple of stands in and bait barrels in, but I have yet to put any bait out.  Going to stuff the barrels on Saturday.  Not in a rush this year.
