Boot Knife.....looking for suggestions
« on: March 17, 2019, 05:59:42 PM »
OK all you knife people.....I'm researching a good boot knife.  What It needs;  1.  be comfortable  2.  be top quality  3.  be concealale  4.  be versatile.

What do you all think??  If you have pics of what to show off, that would be great.

Thanks
jrebel

Pretty sure Patrick Swayze broke a guys leg in road house when he tried to use a knife like that.  With that said....it's a hard no on that style.

Good point.

:chuckle:

As I recall, my Benchmade Osborne ran afoul of local length limits.

I'm a fan of CRKT's Sting knife, and the sheath it comes with. I purchased one for my brother who is in law enforcement and he carries it regularly. Cheaper than a Benchmade, but still decent quality.

I read that.  What is the world is a "slung shot?"  Do you mean that sling shots are illegal??  Really?

Also known as a sap.  Leather pouch filled with lead shot. http://www.badguystuff.com/article_police_sap.html
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I'd look for an old Gerber Mark I. Ebay has several.
