Nice!
I almost pulled the trigger as well, but I can't get away from the panel load of my mountain warrior and custom lid. I love that stupid thing

right there with you but on my poor old DT1.  They still havent made a bag that I feel would suit me better than the Dt1

only thing I would change on the DT1 is it would be 1,000 ci bigger.

My struggle with the DT1 was also the bottomless cave of doom.  Once I went side zip, I don’t think I could ever go back.

Zero issue with access.  Anything I need regularly is in an exterior pocket or top lid.  Anything else is in a pullout and also easily accessable through the bottom or top. I dont have any "loose" gear rattling around in my main bag.  Everyone runs their gear different though.  Gotta get what works for you best.  More than one way to skin a cat that's for sure.

I'm just patiently awaiting Drock to tell me I was right and he bought way more exterior pockets then he needed :chuckle:

Only reason you wish it was 1000cc bigger is so it will go over your head when using it as a sleeping bag!!

Drock looks like an awesome pack! Heard they may be making a larger version of it also in the future.

You know it's a good night on the mountain when you have to curl up in your pack to conserve any shred of body heat you can :chuckle:
