Rimfire Scope

I would like to put a scope on my .22 rimfire for plinking and popping grouse as my eyes have aged. What is a decent low cost (Approx. $100 bucks) scope that might fit that requirement?

I have a Simmons 22 mag scope on my 177 and 17 hmr. They work just fine for what I use them for, they are in your price range too.

I just put the Nikon rimfire on one of mine been liking it so far.

I put a 3x9 Bushnell Sportview on a Savage bolt action 22 and have been amazed by the accuracy. Cheap scope that I took off a high-powered rifle I purchased.

I've good luck with the Burris RF scope that was free with the purchase of a 3X9X50 CF Scope. For faster shooting I'm using an old Millet Red dot that is knocking down 6" steel pigs at 100 yards.

Put a Konus Pro from Cameraland NY on my latest rimfire.  Hands down the best scope for $100 or less IMO.  They had them on sale for $49. Bought a couple and now wished I would have bought a dozen more. I have a couple other Konus scopes on rifles that are mostly safe queens, and they all hold a perfect zero and are very clear.  Never spent more than $100 either.

They'll cost a bit more than those already mentioned, but I've always thought the little Leupold 2-7x33 was a perfect match for 22's.

Cabela's has the Nikon Prostaff Rimfire on sale. Glass is really good on those.

I use the Simmons 4X that carpsniperg2 referenced.  They're cheap and effective.

Nikon Rimfire is great.
I have a 4X 32mm and it’s perfect.

I got the Vortex 2-7 Crossfire II mentioned earlier. My buddy has the Leupold on his and I like it too. But for less money I liked the Vortex better.

I agree with Vortex for value/quality. All of the vortex scopes I have used are equally as good as any of my Leupolds in the same tier. Plus the VIP warranty makes it an easy choice.
