Wasn't there a thread just like this about 2 weeks ago?  :chuckle: I didn't post there, so here's mine. Shot it about 5 minutes into the season in 2003 -- almost didn't, cuz who wants to end their season that early? But then again, who in the hell would pass on a 3x4 blacktail?? Doesn't have the height for a good score, but it's all about the eyeguards right?  :chuckle:

same here, 2005 when Campbell Group owned kapowsin, they use to open the general deer season a week early I hiked in in the dark 4 miles and spotted him at first light and had plans to head to Conconully for 9 days the following week for mulies so I wan't going to shoot, but I glassed him for a couple minutes and he turned his head and saw more points and I decided I couldn't pass up this blacktail, not the biggest but a good blacktail....and the funny thing is that my little brother was suppose to go with me that morning but he "didn't feel good, and didn't want to hike 4 miles in the dark" and wanted to ride around in my buddies truck and glass clear cuts and I had told him that he gets the first buck, oh well...his loss.

Well, here is mine. Shot in '97 on the south side of Mt. Baker. Never had him scored, I guess one of these years I will take him to the sportsman show and have it done.

Second pic is some of my other bigger blackies...
