What has happened to our fishing???

What the heck??? I was at the Cowlitz this weekend with a bunch of friends from here and out of state and it sucked!!!!  It is a has been  and we want to fish a now been. Any ideas?

Don't get me started...but management turning into a dysfunctional sham is as good a place as any to start.
