Custom Mats

I'm looking for someone (company?) that does custom cut mats. This will be for the bow of my boat.

The tricky part is that I want something that will have a 2-4" lip all of the way around that slopes at the same angle as the hull. I can cut a piece of stall matting to fit, but the lip is what I'm not sure about.

I'd be up for the DIY if someone knows of a rubber glue that would hold well.

Thanks. Interesting stuff. However, I'm looking for something that I can lift out to remove sand and gravel that collects from our beach seine nets.

Just came across an idea... Neoprene, easily cut and easily glued.
