Brake pads Ram 2500
« on: April 26, 2019, 09:28:55 PM »
Not sure if Napa, Autozone, or O'reilly's pads are much good in a 3/4 ton truck.  My truck is almost 2 years old, and starting to give me a little squeak.
Can do OEM from Dodge if that is the better choice.  Just looking for something that will last.  Thought maybe finding a good set online as well if there are good recommendations.

Performance friction carbon metallic are the best pads ive found for my dodges. Nothing stops as well when loaded and will not fade when hot.

Powerstop Z36 series or Centric 106 series. Both are an HD truck/towing pad that will do a great job. Baxter Auto Parts sells them and they have a store on Pacific ave a little south of 512 hwy not far from you.

I am an Outside Sales Rep for a wholesale auto parts company and sell a lot of these pads. We just don't have walk in stores or I'd help you out.

I use the premium Napa pads on my 2500 and don’t have any issues, even when the camper is loaded & a trailer hooked up.

I replaced all four rotors, calipers, and pad sets on my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 with Autozone parts and I'm plenty satisfied with them.

Power stop pr EBC ceramic pads. Long lasting and very little brake dust compared to semi metallic or organic pads.
