Idaho Moose, Sheep and Goats?
« on: May 01, 2019, 09:35:00 AM »
Anyone else put in for Idaho Moose, Sheep or Goat drawing?  Fingers crossed for a moose tag before they are extinct like the woodland caribou!

You have incredible odds for drawing one.   If some of these washington folks looked at the odds and figured out why, they'd probably faint.

Be ready to hunt.  I drew first year.   My dad drew first year.    I looked at the odds report and they are even better now.

no kidding.    :yeah:    I figure its my only legit shot at a goat.   Not nearly as good as odds as moose, but at least reasonable in a lifetime.

Moose was my big one. Sure a goat or sheep would be cool but I’d rather apply for elk and deer now.

Best of all I won’t be watering down goat and sheep draws “because I can”  :chuckle:

:yeah: Idaho caters to those a little more serious about a particular hunt, and you might actually get to do that hunt!
