Have 4 of them but forget to use them since bugs don't bite me much but the wife won't sit in the backyard without one running.  Works great!

I've seen a couple of these things in action and they only work if the thermals are pushing the "bug b gone" essence in your direction.  That said, with the thermals pushing that same essence (essentially airborne pesticide), by/through your stinky self  :rolleyes:, and is subsequently moving in the direction of where any close target game are moving so they can get your scent.  Just saying  ;)

Used them in my deer stand for the past few years and never had an issue with them. :twocents:

Yep.  I typically have one strapped to my pack while in the woods for various scouting, backpacking, and hunting trips June through September.

They have earth scented pads you can buy for scent control

I'll agree with all the positive feedback, it's one of the few products that actually works like it says it will. Apparently I have sweet blood and the bugs love me, so I always have one when I'm fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, kayaking, atv-ing or just hanging out on the patio. Worth every penny IMO
