turkey mount ideas

saw one (somewhat) like this on line. thought i would give it a try. came out ok i think!

I love this mount.  Did you follow any instructions or just skin, salt and hang?

on my own, used borax vs salt.. picked out some wing and greaser meat too... it was a very simple process .. the back has boards and epoxy/screws to hold together and connect the base board you see...

My Dad has mounted a few of my turkey fans. I told him I would mount his when we finally get him one. Normally he just does the fans but this year I thumped one with big spurs so he did a leg mount. If I ever get my single season slam I have an idea for a three fan mount floating around in my head. Your mount looks superb! You did a fantastic job!
