Well, it was until the determination was made that it was foul hooked  :rolleyes:.  Still, a really big fish though.

I wish the story went in more depth about why the department determined it to be foul hooked.

Fish looks bigger than 16.  Heck when I lived there i caught a 9lb from shore.
