Now its time to buy a good arrow saw and blitzenburg fletcher and make your own!

probable true.  :chuckle: How much does a good saw cost? I'm only spending about $20 more for a professional to do it.

buy the jig and have the shafts cut for free when you buy them from around here.  then learn to fletch your own.  Then later buy the saw maybe 90 bucks for a decent one.

I bought a top of the line apple pro-saw,  $169 and if you are doing lotsw of arrows its the only way to fly!  I have arrows I make for two different compounds (indoors and 3D/Hunting) traditional for my recurve and then arrows for both of my kids.... :-)  Well worth the investment for me.  Blitzenberger fletching jig with 1 clamp (either straight/right or left) is only $69,  and $29 for the other clamps if you need more than 1.

I just bought a Weston arrow saw from Bowhunters superstore off ebay for $69.  Pretty nice for the $$.  I have a few differant fletching jigs.  I just bought the Bohning Blazer jig for 2" Blazers.  Puts the Blazers on with a 3 degree helix and does a sweet job!

The last dozen Easton ACC's I ordered custom from Mountain Archery, with a 7" white elk wrap on the black arrow with green and white fletchings, looked awesome and the first arrow I released while hunting smoked a 5x5 bull!!!! :IBCOOL:

I REALLY LIKE CUSTOM ARROWS!!!
