Bull trout is likely.
As Stein mentioned, need to see the top fin or tail for a definitive i.d.  Looks like it was caught off the shore.  Lakers are a deep water fish except when spawning.

Not always true. Its actually very common to target lake trout in 20 ft of water when the water is cold.

100% Lake Trout. Not a Dolly or Bull Trout. They are similar looking, but very different spotting pattern and tails.
