Do you need a fur sellers lic if you make products for sale from what you trap. Say if I made a bunch of wallets from beaver tails, or string silencers from hair?

Anybody know anyone from a leg hold trap still legal state.  My dad has many from days of old.  I would need to do a inventory, but if someone is interested I would do that.

What are you asking in your first sentence?   Are you asking if someone is interested in buying foot-holds or?

As with any new trappers, myself included, you have to determine what your going to trap. Then you can determine what you need. Also consider what your time is worth...

John here are some good topics:
What are the top 5 must have tools for the first year trapper?
What are the 5 most important things to consider when establishing a fur shed or trap house?
I know many of you will have different opinions and there are different requirements for different animals. But as a new trapper these are questions I ask myself.
Looking forward to the new column!

  Now that's some good questions.
The "New" Column Q&A will go into the next (Winter - December/January) Issue.

I just dropped off the Fall Issue to the Printer today.  He has it on his schedule and it looks like he might run it this Friday if not next Monday.  From there it goes to the Mail House (Data Base Company) then down to Seattle to the Post Office and out to you folks.  So with a little luck you will have your "Fall Issue" by next Friday or Saturday.
I hope you all enjoy this issue.

As for the "New" Q&A Column, I will let the guy that is going to have that column know these question.
