I just got my first one this year after hearing nothing but good stuff about them, after using it for the first time on the 2 lings, I’m not super impressed. Blade isn’t quite as flexible as I’d like, and it didn’t seem to hold it’s edge very well. Granted lingcod skin is a bit tough, but I figured I’d be able to get through more than 2 fish before needing sharpening. Going to hit it with the Worksharp to put a different angle on it and see if that helps any. He handle is by far the best part of the knife though! Can’t beat that part for sure!
