Multi-season permits...draw for leftovers?
« on: March 30, 2009, 09:02:08 AM »
Well, the deadline was last night to purchase the first draw tags.

When is the draw for "seconds"?

Post if you got it in the redraw

Me too. Now if I could draw the elk on the redraw my wife would love me even more . After all my tags, apps (in state, and out of state) , and other permits she's starting to get PO'd  :chuckle:

I'd have to think seriously whether I would want the elk now.  My September is going to be rather busy and I won't be where I want to be for elk.  I already keep coming up with other ideas fro my time off.  Then there is what happens when I pull that damn Idaho Goat tag, or was it Montanas Goat tag, or maybe it was Nevadas goat tag. LOL

Yeah, if all the western states got together and made sure the same guy got drawn for everything he put in for, they could make someone's head explode :chuckle:

I was close last year for elk Path.  Having three big bull tags in your pocket and alot of realestate in between them.  Not to mention some deer hunts in there.  I'm not whining mind you.  I figure if Utah wants to really mess with me this year, they'd give me a Henrys tag or a moose tag, and Nevada can pull me for goat.   :chuckle:

I didn't put in for Multi-Deer this year...only elk.  You guys can buy all the deer tags you want, I'm just hoping there's some elk left over for the redraw...

..NIce blackie pic BTW...

last year was great but it sucked i had multi deer and elk and filled both my tags archery (I'm a bow hunter anyways) so my archery deer and elk tags just cost more $$$$$$

send insidewdfw a pm to take a gander at this post and see if he might be able to chime in.  That doesn't put him on the spot that way through pm if you know what I mean and if he can answer he might have the best shot at a logical guess.
