Help needed
« on: June 12, 2019, 05:31:08 PM »
Hello all,

I finally got drawn for a bull Elk permit and want to upgrade my muzzleloader before the hunt. What is your guys opinion on the Remington 700 muzzleloaders are they good? If not what would be the recommended gun? Thanks for the advice.

I haven’t heard much about them.... but I absolutely love my Knight Bighorn.  Quality product and their factory service is top notch.

I have an older Remington 700 ML 54 CAL. It is a very good gun. Killed 3 bulls with it. Just got a new CVA Accura and it is also a very good gun. Very accurate and easy to clean.

Are you referring to the original (old) Remington 700 ML? Or the more recent Remington Ultimate muzzleloader?
They are definitely not the same.
