2019 Selkirk bull moose tag....(SUCCESS!!).....

Talked to a couple from Idaho who had moose tags as well, for Idaho. They started sept 15th and haven’t seen anything!!  He is about ready to shoot a spike moose. He was also saying the elk hunting for them has been pretty bad as well.

You’ve got plenty of time, don’t shoot something you’ll regret. It’s not like you get a do over next year... I’d rather go home empty handed than shoot a spike! I’m jealous, and wish you good luck!!

 You could always eat your tag and start over accumulating points again next year.

That one you have on cam is a good bull..and others you didn't even know existed will show up..

There was a bull and cow together up the main Mill Creek road (east side of Pend Oreille River near riverbend area) mid week last week. He was with a cow on the road way up near the top...she was pretty interested in him and he had no issue returning the favor....

Yup, back at camp!! Along with an axe and chain..bash:  sooo, u turn to the Idaho side and a 2.5 hour detour.  And we were  20 minutes from camp!  Snow and wind were blowing!

Always have a chainsaw. Which I’m still not carrying because I’m scouting.

Made it to the top of one of the roads today’s , cold with blowing snow, deep snow on top.  We finally saw a bull on the road, not a shooter though.
