What part of the unit are you focusing on, north or south?

Keep covering miles and you will run into moose.    When that storm lifts, they will come out of the wood work👊💥👊

One more day to scout and then get all our gear in order, packs packed, knives, game bags, lights, rope, tag, baby wipes!!  The roads are pretty messed up in higher elevations, we cut a few trees out of the road today.  Going to sleep in for the last day in a while. Hiking in a couple miles in the afternoon to check out one last place, almost game time.

Dont get discouraged. It only gets better later on. Right now the moose just don’t have to move far for feed and water and cover. Sure the rut is starting but it will keep going through October and get better.

If your not seeing much where your at now maybe it’s time to try some new areas

Go home Jerry. Save your vacation and come back when it gets good :twocents:
