Do you need a receipt to send in leaking rain gear to have it fixed or replaced?

No receipt needed, contact customer service and let them know what item and problem and they will have you ship it to Rainy pass repair with a RA, You will probably get it back with a new hat. Simple

Honestly I've never had a better experience. I am tempted to buy Sitka over anything else similar just because the warranty process is so fair and easy

I had a similar experience a couple years back with a piece that I had put a lot of miles on.   Out of all the Sitka gear I wear that has been the only issue, and it was a minor one at that.

wow-I sent in two pairs of pants. They sent them back and said they were too dirty. Washed them twice and sent back in. They sent me e-mail stating they would "recycle" them for free or send them back if I paid shipping!! Comment was they were beyond repair :bash: I hate Sitka and apparently they hate me!! All I read on here is rave reviews on repair policy but I got hosed and will never buy Sitka again. One pair were new Sitka accent pants wore for part of archery season that had tears all over from the brush lasted about 2 weeks. Oh well glad its working for everyone else.
