looking for advice on bowstring

I have Martin Tracer, I haven't hunted archery in probably 7 years. The bow has primarily sat in bow case during that time. I waxed the string prior to putting in in the case. I need to double check it but last time I looked I didn't see much if any fraying. I plan to hunt archery this year instead of rifle. Do you think my string will be ok to shoot or should I absolutely have it replaced. Thanks!
