Find some mosquitoes trapped in amber, clone some velociraptors, and tell me how to apply for the tag

Hell, forget the dinosaurs, somebody needs to clone some wooly mammoths and let em loose.

That’s good bear medicine. I was pretty disappointed with the cerakote on my AR, several spots rubbed off the first time I carried it where a buckle was rubbing on it, just seems fragile.  My hydro dipped shotgun has been ruthlessly abused for decades and the finish is still perfect. Just my experience, congrats on the new tool.

The only problem ive ever had with cerakote is at the business end of the cylinder on my .460, the blast melted a little off.

Cerakote is amazingly tough when applied correctly. If not applied correctly which 2/3s of smiths I personally know don’t follow the steps then it’s not as effective. If you had it done by a cerakote certified smith and it flakes I’m quite certain cerakote themselves warranty it. At least that’s what we were told in gunsmithing school. Someday I’d like to attend the training to be certified but that’s awhile down the line.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen

Ive found one certified cerakote place in spokane, liquid transformations.  Not to be confused with liquid river graphics that did my .460.  If anybody has personal experience with liquid transformations, shoot me a pm, id like to hear a review.
