Looks good!

I dropped ours off at the dealer yesterday.  They looked at the awning support and said that glue only is not correct and they would correct the issue, no questions asked.
Heading out in 2 weeks for round 2, hoping to find all the bugs early on to get fixed.  So far, I have zero complaints and our only issues have been tiny; no expectation on it being absolutely perfect.

I’ll say this, I do NOT recommend buying from a camping world dealer, NO communication skills at all with that company!  The dealer in Burlington told me to get a hold of camping world in fife, every time I call the phone rings for 3 minutes then hangs up. So I emailed them 3 days ago and I’ve got one short email back asking if my trailer was still under warranty !!! Really!  I told them it was a new 2019 in my first email, haven’t heard from them in 2 days.  Screw camping world !!

Did you get all the bugs worked out and finally enjoying your purchase yet?

We have been enjoying our cougar and have zero regrets so far.  Going back out tomorrow again.
Everything has been working great and we are really putting it through it's paces. We have around 12 or so camping nights in it, as well as countless evenings drinking wine and kids playing while it's parked on the side of the house.

One thing I have done is thrown away the capital grill and replaced it.  That grill sucked and not having a closeable while cooking lid was dumb.
I removed the grill from the slides and installed a piece of 3/4" wood on the slides.  I then bought a pit boss portable grill to sit on the piece of wood.  I added some Velcro to strap the grill down while traveling and also removed the gas line from the capital grill and installed in on the pitboss so it is plumbed into the trailers propane.  The set up works great and the new grill is freaking awesome.  So much so, that I now use it at the house for dinners.
I would highly recommend the change if you plan to grill and use that little outdoor kitchen area.
I also removed the outdoor kitchen fridge.  As the one inside is plenty big and we will never use the outside one as it only runs on plug in power.  That space now holds a lot of cooking supplies as well as the bottles of water for the trip.
If I think about it, I will take some pictures this weekend to give you an idea.

I've had some issues with their service department as well, Burlington branch.

Fighting me on warranty work. Then when finally agreeing to it, they damaged my roof, and broke my toilet valve.
They fixed everything, but it took some butt chewing.

Their sales department has been great, but their service department sucks.  I don't use them anymore, if needed I use Al's in Bellingham or fix it myself.

I finally got a date to bring my trailer in for repairs, it’s on Monday Memorial Day.  Took forever!  I finally got stuff moving when I got on camping worlds Facebook page and gave them my thoughts.  We’ve been on two different trips and the last one I didn’t find anything else that needs attention.  Most of the fixes are small but need delt with, also want a different lock on the back door, I can pull it open without using the latch, want a dead bolt put in.  Window won’t open in the kitchen, screen needs fixed and there is a spot on the roof that didn’t get sealed!  Check your roof guys!

I saw something about this AFTER we bought it!  You almost need to research every company nowadays before you go shopping!

Still having troubles w camping world fixing our trailer, but we did get our RV cover put up the other day.  Cover your toys was decent, but he’s a middle man, I’d call west coast metal directly to see if you can save some money.
