Defensive Edge does an excellent job of Cerakoting, they've done many for me and they all turned out extremely well.  They've done a lot of general gunsmith work for me as well and I've always been very happy with their work.  They're in Rathdrum Id. but that's just barely across the Id/Wa fence.  http://www.defensiveedge.net/
