Just got a pair of the beartooth 2’s yesterday. They are a super nice design. The lacing makes a lot of sense and is solid once they lace up. I’m not sure if the insoles are right for me  I’ll probably get after market insoles. Any reccomendations?

Green super feet. They’re the cherry on top.

Are they something you break in or will you know right away if they fit your feet?

Dont just buy the green super feet. Figure out if you have flat feet, high, med, or low arches and then order the super feet that fits your foot properly

 :yeah:

The only thing worse than no insoles, are insoles that do not fit your feet.

Thanks for the reply! All of my buddies either have kenetrek’s or crispi’s and they love them all just looking for something different!!!

If your looking for something diffrent take a look at the Hoffman exploreers. Been good for my son and i so far on year 2.  As far as insoles id try the Lanthrop and sons. When mine wear out its what i will go to.  https://lathropandsons.com/synergy-footbeds.html

This is great advice  For like a fifteen dollar copay I saw a foot doctor and he spent ten minutes watching me walk and looking at my feet andx figure out what I needed for an insole and I paid 35 bucks for a set. Literally changed my life, I tried buying insoles off the shelf to help my feet for a long time not knowing or thinking I knew what I needed.

Another bonus for Schnee's is the awesome customer service. I wear their Beartooth's for both hunting and work when I don't need corked boots, so I've put well over a thousand miles on them. A month or so ago I found I had worn a hole in the liner of my left boot, and could reach through and touch the inside of the leather exterior.

I contacted Schnee's, they sent me a return label, then called me a week or so later after I shipped them saying sorry for the inconvenience and shipped me a brand new pair of boots. I will likely buy another pair of the Beartooth's in the uninsulated version since these boots are so comfy and they've been so great to deal with.

Most everything is high alpine, usually about 8-9500 feet in Idaho!
