Seeking custom wood carver - euro mount

Hi all -

Looking for recommendations on a woodworker to do a leaf-based design backing a euro-style mount.

One of my business partners is looking for some clever woodworking to carve out a piece of wood custom to a few family/story elements. The design is not final, he'd work with the partner he selects to land on the final design. The wood needs to be stylized specific to the attached image with the red arrow pointing to the leaves which have family meaning tied to the story behind the mount; kinda like a family crest does. He's thinking maple but looking for texture and color so open to recommendations.
