Solvent trap, really?

This has to be one of the sketchiest ads that I’ve seen in a while.  I guess it’s legal…   :dunno:

So, you can "build your own" and these are a great start.  The build your own form still costs $200, but is available much more quickly.  Also, you save quite a bit by building your own.

Or, just screw it on the end of a barrel without doing your own home machining and catch those pesky solvents.  :chuckle:

No hole through the cap so it is legal.  As soon as that hole is drilled you better have your form 1 approved and in hand. Then you will have to get it engraved with the info that is on the form 1.

Don't forget to do it up front and legally.  It would be beyond stupid to do federal time over something like this.

And it's very convenient that they send 2 caps with it, one of the caps is wide open! (must be for cleaning the solvent out after you are finished)  :chuckle:

It's surprising how close in price the Silencershop solvent traps are to factory suppressors with warranty, reviews, etc.  What's the appeal?  Is form 1 quicker?

Totally legal still you drill the hole . Don't search for " Inline fuel Filters " . Most don't know that all the parts to make a Suppressor are available on Amazon . Just have to know what to search for .

Form 1 you can have back in a month compared to 10-14 months current rate for form4.  SilencerShop actually has a form 1 suppressor kit now also.

I had a Form(4) suppressor come in several days ago. 7 months, 10 days.
