Anyone know the story on this Toad!!!

Found this on the "other site" and was wondering if anyone on here knew the scoop on this big buck???  Disregard if it has been on here before.  Goes 207 B & C.  That is one helluva muley with lots of character; especially for this state

I believe it was on the subject of the 109" shed found in WA. They said it was a WA buck.
