I do not understand the concept of them being filled in 5 seconds.  How can you even enter someone's name into a computer in under 5 seconds, let alone navigate menus, accept money, and all other stuff that goes into buying tags.  Is a tag consider filled as soon as they hit a button?  With that being said you wont have to compete with me, best of luck.
this is why you need someone at the counter who knows what they are doing.  They need to get your info in before 10, get to the screen on Wdfw where the option is to pick the tag up and be ready to hit the button. Once they grab a tag it’s in the basket.

Yes Sir!  And rounded up with deer.  3 registers hit elk, was dicey but they made it happen.

With over 2000 left over multiseason tags for deer available, shouldn't be a problem to purchase one.

Elk is a different story. Usually there are less than 100 tags available. This year, there are slightly more. Still will sell out in a matter of seconds.
I wish deer would just go over the counter with an 8,000 tag quata.

I assume there are still deer tags for another week, correct?  They didn't sell out today did they?

Typically, they don't sell out.

Just raise the price of the tag by $6.25.

Picked up a MS deer tag today. The lady behind the counter said they were able to get 4 guys elk tags before they sold out.

My mistake, this year was $72,418.75 in application fees for MS deer.  So... a $9.25 price increase would be appropriate?   :dunno:

Clerk at the store I went to said to keep my original tag as they can only take back something they made a mistake on so I have both now. I'll probably just mail my original back to WDFW  :dunno:
