If anyone kills a lion and does not want the meat, I will take it!!!   :hello: :hello: :hello:

Sometimes we have lion meat that a hunter leaves behind on the winter Idaho hunts.

wdfw wants a tooth, premolar which is right behind the big canine tooth, upper jaw
So you could yank that out then leave the skull.

Hide no problem leave it, guts no problem to leave.  You can bone it out and leave them

Not even sure proof of sex required on bears

I could never tell for sure is the molar submission a legal requirement or just a request? Like turning in salmon punch cards isn’t actually legally required.

I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands, just let me know and I'll come and get it if I can!  :)

Tooth submission used to be a request it is now mandatory.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Yeah proof of sex is still required on bears, despite the fact that all bear hunts are "any bear."  Seems kind of silly, but thems the rules.
Where is this written proof of sex? thanks

The proof of sex requirement for bears is stupid.  All bear hunts are "any bear."  So this is just a pointless rule that a gamie can write a ticket for if he doesnt like the look of ya.  Same goes for cougar.  Proof of sex should only be required for deer, elk and moose.
