I just had a panic flashback!!!!!!!

I bought a new truck in Utah 27 years ago while we were visiyng for Christmas.

My wife hit black ice and we left the freeway and did a full roll near Umatilla, Oregon.
Two small kids and n o injuries - I am still very grateful!!!!!

It never even got to my driveway before it was totalled.

May your experience with a Utah truck go much better than mine!!!!!!!!!!
Man that would suck.  I didn't want to fly down and drive 17 hours so I'm having it delivered.  It was in Southern Utah closest airport was Vegas.

Canadian truck

In that case, make sure it hasn't been involved in a maple syrup mishap. Very common in Canadia! Nice truck. Congratulations.

I assume you got it for towing?  If that is an aluminum hitch you've got in there, take it out and throw it away, then get a steel one.  I personally know of two people who had aluminum ones break on them while towing their boats.
I have been using a TRIMAX aluminum hitch for 5 years without issue.  Rated to 10,000lbs.

And that's the issue. 10k is childs play for the rig you just purchased.

Picked the truck up yesterday, it's an awesome truck so far.  150 miles averaging 15.2 mpg.  It's very peppy with the 4:30 rear ratio.

Dang, That is better mileage than my 2007 Dakota got,  :chuckle:
