Illegal is illegal, yet is there absolute proof that it was those in the pictures that cut the tree?As for the cutting of trees from a decommissioned skidder road, well I can tell you that that is pretty much illegal. The salt block, well that could also be illegal because intentionally leaving "trash" in the Forrest is a ticketable offense.
