Outstanding Crunchy! Sounds like you are going to have an eventful September. Have a great time and wish you great success this year.

I have one thing and one thing only on my mind. Focusing solely on a big Nooksack Bull. I really want to make 13 years count on this hunt. I am not superstitous so I don't have to worry about the 13. Last night I spent another 4 hours at the TSC working on my form etc, etc, etc. Things are coming together. My bow is shooting bullets through paper so that is out of the way for the time being. Things are looking good!

Man I can't wait!  I saw a buck on Tuesday that I would love to take.  A decent 3 with a 6" droptine.  First droptine I've seen.  I snuck to within 35 yards of him and watched for a good 2 minutes until he finally spotted me.

LOL!  He didn't run far.  Went maybe another 50 yds or so, turned and just stared at me.

I envy all of you that have had chance to get into the hills. The boys and I have only made one day hike so far. I probably won't have chance to get in the hills until the second week of September or so. Just in time for some Bear before Deer season.

Dont ya just love that Sept 1st is a tuesday :).

Well, if your gonna chase him off, just make sure he runs south.  About 200 miles would be fine... :chuckle:
