WSU police firearm storage going away

WSU Police offered secured storage of firearms for students who lived on campus. Now they would be required to run a mental health and criminal background check (10 days) before returning the firearm to the RIGHTFUL OWNER who is just trying to secure their firearm. I guess safe storage isn't very important. If you were a west-side kid dreaming of hunting the Palouse while at school, good luck from now on.
WSU Police recommend trying to find another off-campus way to store the firearm....which means the student would then have to jump through 594 just to keep it locked up.

Thanks idiots who voted in 1693. Your votes are the reason the forefathers created a Constitutional Republic instead of a democracy.
