Looking for help

To manage the backend of the site.

Requirements - some knowledge of:

SSH management of Unix\Linux systems
MySQL
Plesk [yeah the easy stuff :-) ]
PHP (mods, bulletin board edits, etc)
Perl (backup scripts which I have written)
Maybe a little bit of Javascript would be useful too
