G20 Holster options
« on: August 19, 2019, 09:18:30 AM »
So I’ve narrowed my thoughts down to a kydex hip holster that will accommodate tlr1 light that I can (hopefully) swap from Molle backpack belt to hip belt.. any recommendations on where to get one without a long wait time? Seems Most are custom made to order and weeks out. I’d rather buy local but not seeing what I’m looking for. (Tri cities and sourrounding)

Jccustomkydex@yahoo.com or jccustomkydex on Instagram   Not sure where he is located or if he has them in stock but has been very quick to respond and usually has the Glock 20 holsters in stock from my experience.

You will probably want many holster options.
The more options the better.

Looking towards hip belt on back pack and movable to owb pants hip belt, I don’t think I would like a chest rig

Agreed! The more the better! But first I need something before the high hunt.. then I can do more research and buy more holsters :chuckle:

I use a Blackhawk serpa holster comes with a padel and a belt attachment. I like for the brush and it secure my gun and covers the trigger from the brush

Kind of.. I’ve tried on a couple of different plastic ones and didn’t love them. That may be an option also

I just order one from him 👍🏻 He says he can have it shipped in 2 weeks. Coming with malice clips that will attach to Molle or belt 🤷‍♂️ Seems like a good guy and easy to deal with.

I use Serpas on all my packs, and have a couple with paddles for OWB. Ronin concealment is a good Kydex option as well.
If you will be carrying IWB, my favorites are Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 and Galco King Tuk.

I looked at different paddle styles and they are just not comfortable to me, except alien gear but I don’t see an option for a light bearing version.

I see serpas come with belt attachments also but going the kydex route for now and will see how it works out
