Is the Circuit Judge considered a Rifle, shotgun, or revolver.

The barrel is listed as 18 1/2" and is rifled. Rossi states it is sold as a rifle in North America marked as 45LC and .410.

I suppose if you were unsure whether the barrel was rifled or not then you might be curious. Adding a buttstock removes revolver from the list strait off.
