Look at Deadhorse Outfitters up by Prudhoe Bay, They are a fairly new Outfitter great operation and great group of guys. They transport by airboat instead of plane.

A good buddy of mine just for back from a caribou trip with golden eagle outfitters. They had a blast, saw a good amount of game and enjoyed every minute. He's trying to plan a trip with me for two years from now to go back, that's about as good an endorsement I can think of.
