I've always purchased my nonresident whitetail tags over the counter on my drive down for the past 8-10 years. Last year they sold out right before I was going to leave, and that was a real bummer. Kind of spaced things off again this year but logged on this morning to see they only had 27 tags left. Made the phone call and the message said they were sold out. I stayed on the line and was able to get one. So, to any fellow hunt-wa members that are wanting to hunt Idaho whitetail this Fall, don't procrastinate like I did.
