Bull Elk Tag for Unit 336

Hey,

What type of an archery tag do I need to hunt Bull elk in 336?  I'm assuming I put in for a special tag.  I have read something about a Peaches Ridge Tag?  I don't see anything about in on Washington raffle permits though?

It’s not a raffle permit. In order to hunt branch antlered bulls you need to apply in the spring for the drawings in June.

In the reg’s they’re all listed under special permit elk hunts. For hunting without a special permit, refer to the regular reg’s for your weapon of choice.

I've never held the tag but wish I have. One of the tougher to draw tags. I'll be in the draw for it again next year.

If you do get the tag you get to compete with carloads of "native americans" riding around and shooting at everything they spot and only retrieving animals that fall close to the road. Good luck and keep your head down when the fire fights start. They are always present during the prime rutting dates.
