Have a pair of steel toe wedges. Hands down the most comfortable boot I've ever owned. Price tag can be a bit high but given that you can get them re-soled and reconditioned, I think the cost will even out in the end.

Why don’t you run laces in that right boot?
Seems like it would slip off.

Well I usually do run laces on both, but my 4 year old decided she had a better use for them lol.

I used danner quarry's for two years, went through them within the year both times. Switched to a thorogood 8" regular work boot two years ago and haven't looked back. Best boot for the money IMO

Good news  thinking of trying the veracity need to find somewhere to try them on, was able to try the flyweight and was comfortable but not a hunting boot traction wise.

Should clarify thought you were talking about work boots. I use thorogood boots for work but as comfortable as they are I'd bet they're great for hunting.

Yes I’m asking about hunting/hiking boots but also the brand in general so thank you for your input

Been using thorogood boots at work for almost 5 years.  Pretty hard to beat for a USA made boot for the price.
