Run/Hunt for the hungry - This Thanksgiving
« on: October 08, 2019, 08:56:42 PM »
OK partially trying to get the word out for a local event, also looking for feedback.

My church has hosted a Thanksgiving morning run/walk 5k event for the last 16 years. It is always the morning of Thanksgiving and is a way to raise money for feeding those who need some assistance in the local area.

Here is a link from last year
http://gatewayweb.org/get-involved/run-for-the-hungry   So anyone near Washougal who wants to join in please do, everyone is welcome.

This year I am going to have several shirts printed up that are a "Hunt for the Hungry" shirt. Let me know if you have any ideas or thoughts. I'll post pictures of the shirts once I have one, if there is any interest I will consider shipping if folks want to buy one.
In God we trust, all others bring cash.

Do not say, Why were the old days better than these? For it is not wise to ask such questions.

Run for the hungry is just 2 days off,

If anyone is interested in a shirt to benefit the cause I am going to sell these for $20( or more if you want to donate ).  I can ship for $25 if anyone is interested who is not near the Washougal area.  100% of the proceeds will go directly to the hunt for the hungry, my donation is buying the shirts.

Shirt is a Sport-Tek brand. black long sleeve shirt with design printed on the back.  I use these types of shirts as an underlayer for hunting or just to wear on weekends, it is a thinner moisture wicking material.

Let me know if you have questions, Can accept Paypal for folks who want me to ship.

In God we trust, all others bring cash.
