two 11yr olds first hunt... GMU 124

Hello all.  My son and his best friend just completed their hunters safety, and this will be their first year hunting.  I recently moved to spokane, and am looking at GMU 124 since it is any deer for youth. Any tips on where to go?  I see that Inland empire has a lot of land near newman lake... I might have to get the permit and go that route.  Anyone here have some private land access they can hook us up on?  I really want to make this a good, fun experience so the boys will want to go back out with us as they get older.

Go knock on some doors, TONS of does and I would think a lot of land owners wouldn’t mind for youth.
