Your right. He blamed being prosecuted on Obama and everyone else he has criticized. That video is far from a humble admission of guilt from Ted.

Exactly!  Or that liberals get so worked up over a nothing issue.

Lawmakers pass laws.  They rarely have any idea what they are voting on,  Lobbyists slide a little money into the lawmakers pocket to vote in their favor for their special interest group of the day and then expect compliance from the public.  I say, choose the laws you want to follow and ignore those you don't.  Suffer the consequences of your decisions, but don't preach to us from your pulpit and hold everyone else accountable for the stupid sufferings of an ignorant State Legislature.  Get over your yourself and worry about important things.

The fact that people believe Holder or Obama would even be briefed on a misdemeanor wildlife case is beyond me.

Like other's said, it's not Ted's first run in with wildlife LE. And it was 10 years ago. Guess I should rehash that speeding ticket I got 20 years ago, it was probably Gary Locke's fault..

There are too many laws...many in which do not make sense or are passed to make law makers feel like they are making a difference.  After all they have to do something at their "job"

Follow the law...absolutely to the best of your knowledge.
Hell, cops forget or don't know half the laws.
It takes two years for someone to get a cosmetology license, but to be a cop...6 months plus a short probation period.
