So happy for you guys!  What an awesome bull!  How was the pack out?  There aren't many easy ones in that area.  Glad you found a good one and hope you got a few good views of the mountain.  That place is addictive, it was probably the best hunt I've ever had and I didn't even tag out on my hunt there.

The first day pack out wasn't terrible.

Just the fact it’s a multiple day packout should scare most people away.

Wow! That's a great bull and a heck of a pack.

I'm curious why the hoofs were left attached for the pack out? I thought all elk hoofs were supposed to be removed and left behind. Does that unit have a special requirement?
