I fished South Prarie Creek a lot between '85-'94 but never the Carbon.
i landed 4 kings over 30lbs last season on the carbon. nothing worth keeping though my biggest king ever came from the carbon back in 2002. 66lbs 3oz...weighed on 5 different scales and that was the average weight, all scales were within 2lbs of eachother so i know it was right in the 64-68lb ranger. i hooked it in the first stretch of river only about 20yds from the mouth and landed it 100yds down from the mouth in the puyalup. 2 days before that someone caught one that was 59lbs in the same stretch.
