Adjacent to the newly acquired WDFW land (Van Wyk/Cowiche Mill Road) of 4,486 acres near Yakima in the foothills of the eastern Cascades.
This is where up to 2,000 Rocky Mountain elk migrate between their summer and winter ranges each year.
The new DNR land is an addition to the Cowiche Unit of the Oak Creek Wildlife Area.

Basic utensils, pots & pans, crock pot, soap, paper towels, tp, & linens for full/queen bed in bedroom all provided.
Linens for couch & table bed not provided.
