Firing Center Elk (master hunter...)
« on: December 01, 2019, 09:19:34 AM »
I've been debating on whether or not I would ask because it's such a touchy subject on here but here goes...

Wondering if anyone will share some info on the firing center elk?  I haven't had to hunt out there in the last five years but I was unsuccessful this year so I'm hoping for a master hunter cow.  It's been so long since I've been out there, I was hoping for some help on where to start.  Anyone willing to PM me with tips on where I should start looking?

Thank you!

Snow should have them in there by now.

Snow should have them in there by now.

Not enough snow to cover a mouse's @ss, let alone getting elk to move. Now if the Nanuem pack shows back up in the wind farm, that will get stuff moving.

Wow that’s awesome! I was considering posting the same! I usually get one in another unit but this year has been difficult. We could definitely use an elk in the freezer. If anyone is interested or willing to share any insight it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for reading, and letting me tag on to this post!
